Naturopath Tracey Lee Morley is running a low cost naturopathic student clinic at Holistic Health & Wellness 1446 Coolamon Scenic Drive Mullumbimby 2 days a week. Each consultation is with a final year student and 30 years experienced practitioner Tracey Lee Morley. The best way new naturopathic students can learn is by working with a well trained and experienced practitioner.
Why a student clinic?
Tracey urges the general public to support the students & newly trained practitioners by coming in for a consultation;
“A return to a mentoring program for final year and newly trained naturopaths, herbalist, homeopaths and remedial therapist is the only way for the public to gain well rounded and competent practitioners for the future. I am seeing a huge gap in their abilities to perform out in the real world. Mentoring is considered óld school’ by todays students and often ‘beneath them”. The 3 years I spent with an experienced naturopath back in my early 20’s AFTER my education was what set me up to be the professional and competent pracctioner. I am aiming my efforts at the few student who are interested and who are humble to know that they don’t know it all, as sadly many do believe. Many of these newly trained practitioners simply don’t make it and end up as shop assistants or as a rep for a supplement company or (even worse) turning to óther’ weekend courses to diagnosis ( Eg like muscle testing) before they can function as a professional practitioner. I am offering to help fill this gap for a few practitioners by setting up my own mentoring program for any new or recently trained practitioner. This student clinic also provides a low cost service for the general public”.

The naturopathic consultations are one hour duration and includes a detailed assessment of each clients health & lifestyle, including an iridology assessment. Each client receives dietary advice, and possibly herbal medicine & homeopathic prescription.
Student clinic provides a low cost service for the general public. It is a service for those who otherwise can not afford to see a qualified natural health care provider.
Each consultation is with a final year naturopathic student and supervised by qualified practitioner Tracey Lee Morley.
